King Nipper or simply, Nipper is the ruler of Mechano City.
Story[]
Nipper was once the robotic assistant to Dr. Daigo Tatsuro, Yakumo's father. Later he helps Mushra, Sago, and Kutal by giving them enhanced abilities and the power to Ultra Hyper Form. King Nipper then sacrifices his life in an attempt to stop Lord Caris and prevent him from killing Yakumo.
